So it's been a quick minute since i've posted here, so I thought I would share a couple of things, just a couple of pieces i've worked on since the midterm, I start photo shop today so I expect some interesting things to start creepin' out now:) As always click to make bigger and enjoy!

So for my Illustrator class I had to do a midterm assignment making a postcard for the zoo, not sure how I feel about either of these to whether which one is better or either of them, I think the bearcubs is awesome except for the tracks, I know they are dog prints not bear, but I didn't feel like putting each one in separate and they only had to dog print, as for the other I just thought it was a funny take on the zoo so anyway! let me know what you think:)

so a friend of mine a few years ago, I don't even talk to the guy anymore had this idea for a sketch, he was really good at drawing I decided to try and recreate it in Illustrator. I'll think I'll work a little more on it as I get better, mostly the bad things were the barbed wire should be a chain but I couldn't really figure out to make the chain so I stuck with the easy, also the shading, well..lack there of, I need to get better to make it a really awesome work but for now I dropped it into photoshop and added a neat background I'm still kinda proud of it, but I can't wait to get more tricks under my belt to get a better production of it.

YAY! So we finally got the CS4 programs so I have the entire Creative Suite Adobe:D so to celebrate I created a Family Guy portrait of myself in Illustrator. I'm really excited to get better with the program so I can do even better than this haha, look out for more stuff coming i'm sure there will be lots! Click on it to make it full size!

And As always

So, random thought I'm sharing. I used to have this album by a guy name Eldar, like..17 year old Prodigy on the piano, amazing pianist, I was just thinking of him and how I can't ever seem to find the album again, just his new one. I don't really dig the new one as much even though it DID win an award for best contemp jazz album. Awesome. But..yeah..anyone have any Ideas on that let me know. that would be grand. Heres a peice by him:D

I downloaded Illustrator trial a couple of days ago, just to see what i'm getting into. I have two more weeks in Psy 101 (Yawn) then I get to start on the interesting stuff! so I'll be in Illustrator class. I'm really excited to get the full program just messing around with it I could easily see what I can do opened up ten fold. SO...I messed around a little and came up with a fun little logo design, I think if ever DO release another demo/fun album thing I'll use this as the cover. I did it that much. So here goes.

AND..as always some music to jam too:)
